Always being one to keep the electronic dance music community on their toes, Flume has come through in a big way today, surprising fans with a package of unheard music from the last decade.
Being a 10-track album that goes by the name of Things Don’t Always Go The Way You Plan, the Australian talent has decided to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of his debut album by sharing demos he found on laptops and hard drives that got lost in the shuffle all coming from the timeframe between 2012 and 2020.
This follows the Grammy-winning producer closing out 2022 with the release of the early demo, “Slugger 1.4 [2014 Export.WAV]” which fans really enjoyed and even began asking for more music. It’s safe to assume that the release of Things Don’t Always Go The Way You Plan is his response to those looking for more demos.
